Durring Nap Time

So everyday at work, while the little girl I'm watching naps, I hang out and decide on random things to do in order to keep myself entertained. During her first nap, around nine-thirty, I eat my lunch. After that (and for her afternoon nap) I usually write a draft for a post that I plan on revising and putting up here. Yet, I haven't actually used one of the prior-written post. Haha, I haven't posted much of all, as I'm sure you've noticed; so this post is going to be rather random just to try and cover everything I've been meaning to write about.

Today I took advantage of Katie's stamps to create some Christmas cards for Alan's family. The cards aren't holiday related, and are pretty simple; however I think they turned out pretty well. Each card has the recipients monogram, and some sort of simple design. At the very least I think Calaa will appreciate her card. From what I've heard she's quite the artist, and I'm looking forward to seeing some of her work this summer. I'm also planning, and rather excited about, an awesome Christmas present for her. (I'd link to it, and explain more, but she has access to my blog and I don't want to ruin the surprise.)

The other big thing that has happened this week is Mikey's Districts Lax games. The first game Woodbridge won in triple overtime. The second game... well I'm not going to talk about how bad they got creamed by Forest Park... However, coming in second in the district did secure the boys a change to go to regionals, which means I may be able to make another game of the season. I promised Mikey I would make as many as I could when I got home, and I plan on keeping that promise.
