So I've been trying to drink more caffeinated tea lately, rather than soft drinks. I'm not ready to go through withdraw from my terrible caffeine addiction, but the acidity of soda (especially in women) will cause a loss in bone density. Since I have been on my genetics kick lately I realized I will need all the bone density I can get. So tea it is.
Currently I have been drinking Twinings of London's Black tea variety pack. The pack includes Lady Grey, Earl Gery, Irish Breakfast, and English Breakfast. Lady Grey has quickly become one of my favorites, very light with a slight citrus tinge. This morning however, I enjoyed Irish Breakfast with two packs of sugar and just enough milk to cover the bottom of my thermos. Not only was it delicious, but it instilled in me the desire to sit quietly at a large table and eat massive quantities of sausage gravy. The kind Granddaddy used to make.

You make Pat proud! He loves Twinnings and we by several boxes at a time, especially the English Breakfast tea. I would suggest looking at Republic of Tea for different flavors. Their website is republicoftea.com. I get stuff of their site a lot. They've got all kinds of samplers, heathy stuff. My new favorite is Blackberry Sage.
Granddaddy's sausage gravy is the best! I miss him. He would be SO proud of you baby girl! So proud!
